BABY BACK RIBS
Our Meaty Baby Back Ribs are smoked on premises by Stuart. Dry rubbed over night creating a marinade for the meat. Then the ribs are smoked with hickory and sweet applewood for 6 hours.  These slabs of ribs are very large, average 3 pounds per slab. We sell them by the pound in 1/3 slabs.




PULLED PORK 
Stuart smokes the pork butts for over 11 hours and we pull them by hand for the ideal mix of crispy, smoky meat from the outside and tender juicy meat on the inside
